Well, it'd be fun if any of you guys actually auditioned for the show. As long as you make sure you know what you're getting yourselves into and don't quit lol.

I would never quit. EVER. I wouldn't be able to and I would be ashamed and so would my friends and family if I ever did haha

They honestly don't care about how well-made the video is -- if it's flashy or creative or professionally produced or any of that. They just want to get a sense of who you are and can tell if you're putting on airs. And if somehow they don't know it from the video, they will know from the subsequent phone interviews. You can literally just sit in front of a camera and talk about absolutely nothing, and it could end up being perfect. :)

See, my first video was like that and I got contacted back. I was shocked!

I know someone who made finals for Big Brother 14. They were one of the final 2 to fill the gay stereotype that BB always has to have, which ultimately went to Wil.

They didn't get invited back for BB15 Finals, which seems to happen a lot with finalists...You sometimes get a freepass and invited back. Guess they may never be on the show now :/ And as far as I know, nothing year either. They would have hinted to me if they were making the trek out to LA for finals interviews again.

I hate the interview process. Went through it for Endurance and got shafted. Left a really bitter taste in my mouth because they told me great things and I was practically a lock for the finals. Then I got screwed over after being told I should expedite my passport because I was a lock.

So I'm going to New Mexico next week,
First time that far west and first time on a plane.

Colorado. Depending on where you're at, it's not that far. Like a 6 hour drive to Los Alamos from here.

It was actually for S14 where she ended up being cast for as a coach. I was talking to my mom about this because I hate the audition process. I feel like in person I would be 10x better and more comfortable because I'm not talking to a camera. I think the issue for me is that I'm not a showboater and I dislike people who are. People who think they are the best at everything are the people I usually try to embarrass. Videos are basically all about you and what you're good at and what you bring to the table. I'd rather show it than explain in great detail how amazing I am! So I have these two sides where I have this burning desire to be on Survivor and get further in casting but also a part of me that just stays away because I hate making videos. They aren't fun for me for reasons stated above.

I myself am pretty similair to that. Am not a big fan of Attention Whores, they make me extremely uncomfortable, and I can see right through um. If I ever try to apply. I honestly have no idea how my video would look, lol.

My mom bought two scratch off tickets today and then let me scratch them both while she was doing something else. The one she picked as hers won $25 (they were $1 scratchoffs).

She and my dad both seem very surprised that I didnt claim the winning one was mine.

I usually go to the casino once a week.
