I can't explain Perry's reasoning naming my role "Town Backup" if it's just for one person, I'm not the host and don't want to get into semantics arguments over this. I was told the bomb landed on Ahoda, as well as the fact that the hidden part of the role states that the bomb lands on the person below me on the player list. Wait so clarify for me. Did your role change when you became the backup and you didn't see all the bomb info beforehand? I'm just wondering because if it had a lot of details about the bombs and Herm was claiming all those same things I don't understand why you didn't defend him.

I started the game as Town Backup. It said I would take over the Green Goblin if it ever died, but didn't include any information on who that person was, the name of the role, nor the mechanics of that role. That is why I didn't go out of my way to try and save Herm yesterday... since I had no idea that is who I was backing up.

Yes my role description was that I take over if the Green Goblin dies.

Originally Nofo said they had a bomb on them and thought it was because the trap went off. But then later posted that the trap didn't go off. So I interpreted that meaning Nofo found out about the bomb independent of the trapping ability.

I guess I wish that Jackie had looked up anything about green goblin to know the role Herm was trying to describe was him. Too late for that, but seems like the most likely truth.
