I'm blasting through Skyrim again. It's funny how taking a different approach completely changes the feel of the game. I usually just meander and wind up doing side-quests at random (the ones I like) but I'm doing things sequentially this time.
So as I come to new towns/cities as part of the main quest or progress forwards, I'm clearing every side-quest in that particular city. I've done all the Whiterun quests and a lot of the smaller villages. Now I'm doing Riften. Occasionally I'll jump onto a quest-line like Companions, main quest or thieves and do the next step but doing it all sequentially gives the game an entirely new sensation.
I'm actually coming to recognise and be familiar with all the townsfolk and having it all more focused feels nicer somehow. I'm also not being a complete bastard this time (though I'm still pickpocketing and whatnot to keep my skills balanced), and trying new stuff like two handed weapons which I've always shunned.
Hey friends! I need more info on Fable:Lost Chapters. Anyone play this one? It says "sexual themes" and I'm hoping you all can give me a little more detail as to what that means in the scheme of letting an 11 year old play the game.
Need info on Okami too if anyone knows anything about that one. How crude or suggestive is it?
A lesson without pain is meaningless. That's because no one can gain without sacrificing something. But by enduring that pain and overcoming it, he shall obtain a powerful, unmatched heart. A fullmetal heart.
"There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die."

IGN says it's cool 2:55 to 3:05
lol @ Okami....looks totally FAIL to me...everything about it, story, graphics, idea, handling....not my cup of tea really (:

You should all fuckin play Max Payne 3 really....it is seriously the greatest third person shooter with the most intense gunplay mechanics ever created. The liberty of movement you got there is unmatched to this day. Everything you do you do it in style....just look at this clip I recorded...the jump right in the beginning...look at it a couple of times...and of course, check the finish. TPS bloodshed at its peak.
...right at the beginning I jump over that "obstacle". It looks crazy good... like a gazelle I shootdodge over it, if I had touched it I would have stumbled and fallen down like an idiot, but I move so smoothly and the jump was so well timed. my character's feet, the shadows, how smoothly I just dodge over the obstacle to land on the ground where I continue to fire from a prone position. and that's just 5 seconds.....5 seconds of random gameplay and it's already massively epic...This is beyond good, srsly, but the masses, and you guys, fail to realize how it is a MILESTONE in gaming history already for what it accomplished. Cinematic balistics and beautifully choreographed slow motion gunplay...the movement, that sense of liberty you get when you're able to aim everywhere while running at any direction....oh man shit's crazy!

I really don't like bragging or showing off etc...but please have a look at those clips, lol. It's some epic shit, and it's only 30 seconds every time. How I jump off that roof to land hard on the floor, then while I'm on the ground I just turn around on my back to kill another dude....how fuckin EPIC is that?!...srsly?!....when could you ever do such thing in a third person shooter game?! and more importantly, when could you ever do in such a captivating way?! Every single shootout is fuckin eye-candy....GAT-DAMN

and this one of course....the transition from close-up aiming to shootdodding forward, it's just one buttersmooth movement....it's incredibly good and satisfying gunplay...as I said, the best out there, and it will be unmatched for a looong time, until R* does another Max Payne game

I tried playing Jak 3 the other day and.... I just couldn't get over how much different it was from the original. It's just Ratchet & Clank skinned as a Jak and Daxter game, but without the awesomeness of R&C

Please ask me on October 1st if they woke me up. I've literally never heard it before and I'm definitely not tired of it.
