No one should listen to him about anything, ever.

Idk about Ben, he seemed to be tied to Alan due to necessity not necessarily cuz he wanted to, I would be annoyed if I was him having to deal with this guys crazy antics. He seems to just want a unified tribe/team. Definitely have to see what happens next episode and how its explained, if they locked down a deal and it looked legit it's somewhat defensible

Also in terms of editing. There was never any indication Katrina and Chrissy were like ride or die or anything. The buff four called them the mom squad but apart from the little water gathering seen they were barely seen together, and even then it didn't seem super committal.

I don't even think Chrissy mentioned using it when she got it in the confessionals. Every time Ben and them talked it was Chrissy or Katrina, I definitely was surprised but I don't think it was like Michaela level surprise.

I enjoyed the episode though it did feel really short. I feel like apart from the Heroes, I know Joe, Mike, and Ryan and thats about it. I definitely do know that JP sucks though.

These will continue into episode 2. They were entertaining "rivalries" in this first episode.

Ryan's idol took up most of the screen time for Hustlers, so I'm hoping we get a few good segments of them next week, regardless of IC results.

I'm not about that life, season still seems fine/has potential.
Episode was completely garbage, not really that many interesting people, a tyler player idol in play, and the ship sequence was rather boring. Would be much more interesting if they could leave the ship whenever rather than probst ringing the gong (like Australian Survivor)

I think just the Alan making JP drop his pants alone and his overall paranoia made this episode fun for me. Plus, premiere episode and getting to see all these people in action. I'll stand by my 7.
