I've drank Clown Shoes before ... not that one.

How does it compare to the Breakfast Geek Beer by Mikkeller?

This is better, but that's because I like the vanilla bourbon notes in this that Breakfast Geek is missing.

The alarming thing is this:
"The company’s (ABI) wholly-owned venture capital firm has been quietly investing in beer ratings websites"

Thoughts Vlady?

tl;dr?
Did the beer giants buy the beer yelps or something?

Beer giant ABI buying everything beer related from another giant, SABMiller, to craft breweries and parts in beer review sites.

Yeah, them buying up other shit isn't a huge issue, them investing in at least 4 review sites (and I doubt they'd stop now) could mean that those new breweries won't get much attention and might not make it.

Yea investing in a bunch of review sites is pretty scummy, they can inflate the ratings of their shitty beer, our manipulate search results. But I think local brands will still thrive, especially since most of them have a huge following locally. Like here Sun King & Upland are huge since they have a brewery here that also sells food so it doubles as a restaurant.

Toppling Goliath Supa' Sumo was a pleasant surprise. My wife picked it as the first to try and it was absolutely fantastic.

I popped one in the fridge and the other is going to my cellar.

The CBS hasn't been brewed for what... six years now?
