You can use 1 joycon per person, I had 4 people over but only had a pro and the joycon so 3 people could only play at a time, so I bought a second pair of joycons. We just rotated. The pro controller is so good, and the battery charge lasts forever. best was the Wii U pro controller. if they had copied that except making it half an inch to an inch wider it would have been perfect.

That controller is probably the best controller of all time.

All this talk of controllers reminds me of when I used the flashlight the first time in The Last of Us.

I had the TV turned low since it was the middle of the night and turning on the flashlight plays a super loud flashlight sound from the controller. Startled the shit out of me, only time I got startled/spooked in 5 hours.

Apparently the game is only 15 hours long so I just need to power through the bad parts, can probably finish it on a lazy Sunday.

I took a break from The Last of us and started playing God of War and it surprised me how good it is. It's all about Norse mythology, which I happen to know a lot about, shocker I know :P Anyone played it yet?

Oh it just won Game of the Year and Best Direction.

Just beat Spider-Man. Wow, such an entertaining game and it pumped me up to go see Into The Spiderverse now.

KC! Let me know your Switch Code and we can buddy up and play MK if you want to. I know Dyl has it too and we've played together before. (If you want to race other people, of course!)

Also! I just got Spider-man and I'm about 40% of the way done (or so it tells me). I really love it a whole lot. My ONLY complaint is that a lot of the mechanics feel very similar to the Arkham games?? I don't know if that was just me.

Ended up getting Octopath Traveler based off Merc's suggestion earlier and it's absolutely great.

Also addicted to Pokemon Let's Go, which I was making fun of people for being so when it was first released. It's almost an exact copy of the original Pokemon Yellow save for motion control gimmicks but I still have a ton of nostalgia playing it which.... honestly, nothing else has really ever captured that as far as Pokemon goes until now.

i will eventually get Octopath but i have so much else to play first. it might even get a price drop before i buy it. im currently very early in Earthbound on my new SNES Classic.

I feel like as soon as I think Spider-man is done adding side missions, they throw another one at me.

I been playing Beat Saber on VR at a friend's place this last month.

Very addictive stuff.

Much better than Guitar Hero imo.

Mostly because lightsabers are better than guitars.

If you don't have VR, then Audiosurf is a good alternative.
