I spent a good 7-8 hours in front of the TV today watching Guillermo del Toros Chronos, The Devils Backbone, Pan's Labyrinth and various interviews with him about each movie. Damn fine way to spend a lazy day off. |  |

Thought I'd end up really loving this.............but (:
It was mostly fine. Felt like a very realistic look at struggling improv comics/adults in general and at times it was sweet/sad, but it didn't really connect for me very much which is a shame. Reviews all said it was absolutely hysterical but I literally sat there with a straight face like, the entire movie. I think I chuckled once over something a nameless character said. The improv itself that the troupe would do was not at all funny and the audience's laughter over nothing made it all feel kinda phony
BUMMER. I like most of the cast a lot and was hoping it'd be really funny, seemed like my type of movie | |
