I suspect that Zach is town so if the anonymous message just lead a random lynch on Zachary then it's more to the town's benefit in the long run. If it turns out he's mafia, it could still be the chaos team who is leaking this information into the town so it's not a clear sell for me but with games that I'd assume are town favoured, I think it's a worthwhile lynch.

I'm not ashamed of it because DS's role was ambiguous. What I find suspicious is people turning a blind eye to the ambiguity (scum are less likely to acknowledge that ambiguity because it was clear to them from the beginning that Mittens didn't perform the kill). Oh and before you try to claim that it WASN'T ambiguous, here is a direct quote from the role: "(If more than one person tries to visit you the night your dancers go off, they will all be announced)". To me that line alone implies we'd hear about any non-ninja kill (and a ninja/unblocakble combo kill is IMO pretty OP compared to what we usually see around here, so Mittens lying seemed like the more likely story). Angi appears to be legitimately incapable of understanding this line of thought, and you appear willfully ignorant.

That wasn't directed at you, but I do disagree with you. It was clear to me. Any ambiguity is because of things you are reading into that role in order to support an easy out assumption.

Miko & im317 is something that needs to be brought up soon too tbh.

I think the biggest reason that a Zach lynch benefits town is that we learn whether the beginning of day messages are legit. And if they ARE legit, that person is able to continue scum hunting and potentially reveal info without putting themselves in danger (it also helps that DS is dead so they are far likely to be outed for no reason). So unless Zach has something pretttttttttty persuasive to say... that's probably where my vote is staying.

This....is good thinking right here. I can't help but think that there is a benefit in knowing if we're getting legit information from this person. Because it seems like they don't have to out themselves, and getting info from someone not outed could be HUGE.
