I remember his rookie season, when he was with the Cubbies. Used to watch the Cubs all the time on WGN when we first got cable, and collected all his rookie cards.

Ohtani signed with the Angels, that should definitely make them a big time contender in the AL west especially if they can pick up another starting pitcher.
Stanton told the Cards and the Giants today to GET FUCKED. I'm betting he lands with the Dodgers if he ends up going anywhere tbh. | | |

I'm not going to say the Angels are going to be big time contenders yet. Have to wait and see if Ohtani translates to MLB first. I can't wait to see how they use him pitching and hitting. |

The Giants are having a terrible time getting hot acquisitions this off-season. I gotta hibernate until April and just see who they managed to scrap together--if it's a shitty enough looking squad it means we'll prob win the World Series in 2018. | "All this from a slice of gabagool?" |
