That's a good point, but my impression is that a lot of town roles are attack roles, and if they all go flying, a lot of weak townies will die before scum, assuming that scum haven't been hit as hard at night.

it probably also depends on what the scum Ults are. Dylan had attack everyone on his lynch train for a relatively small amount of damage each. so for him having a lot of weak town alive would have given him the chance to kill a bunch at once.

One thing about Chris is that I'm pretty positive I know who his character is and I find it hard to believe they don't have a better ability than his temporary silencing like he said. There's another element to the character that would make for a great power. Him claiming that as his most useful ability stuck out to me

I can explain if people want but I don't really wanna expose his character. Tho all Overwatch players and probably anyone who reads the wiki can figure it out after his silencing claim

I can think of a thousand other reasons such as, hey, maybe 317 is a tank with a lot of health and mafia keeps attacking him. Or a townie is attacking him. Or both. I just don't see him as scum at ALL and using this as your reasoning is poop
