Spoiler + Kind of boring first episode to be honest. I really liked the scene between Tyrion and Tywin but besides that it was boring but necessary. No scenes of my boy Jaime either. The ending was pretty cool. Not sure what the heck that girl was though.

Yeah. To me, it felt led to be part one of a two part opening or something. I liked that the pace picked up some more with the Unsullied. Oh, and I loved Cersei's comment about Tyrion's nose.

I watched GoT with my mom and then went up to my room and flipped to TWD as it was in its last minutes.

I was wondering how they would handle the Barristan reveal since they couldn't just cryptically describe him like in the book. I must say I'm a fan of their "holy shit that's Barristan" on-screen declaration.

Pretty good episode. Littlefinger is a creep.

The Barristan scene was cool. The Tywin/Tyrion scene was really well acted. Nothing else stood out to me whatsoever

I like the dynamic beyond the wall.

Going to re-watch it after Shameless to see if it was just excitement for its return.

I just watched it again instead of watching Shameless for some reason, and my opinion on it's pretty much the same. I enjoyed Margaery even more this time, but that might be because of wine.

How did the Karen/Jody/Sheila thing develop? Did her mom just start boning her husband? (Boyfriend?)

Where did the adorable retarded asian baby come from? Or rather, who fathered him? I should just watch the first seasons but I haven't gotten around to downloading them.

Time for Game of Thrones re-watch.

Karen married Jody (I forget why. Might've been tax purposes) but got sick of him, and Jody and Sheila bonded while Karen was wanting nothing to do with Jody. I don't remember when they actually started fucking. It might've been after Karen left. Karen was knocked up by Timmy Wong (Timmy might not be his name but idr) and didn't want the baby (she and Lip found a couple willing to pay for him, but the couple bailed when they saw he had Downs), but Sheila and Jody did want him, so they took him.

Loved it. So good to have it back...

I really enjoyed it. But.... where my Arya at?

The episode was even titled Valar Dohaeris, fully expected some Arya.

I just realized there was also zero Strong Belwas. If he gets cut from the show I'm going to riot.

And I'll riot even harder if they give all of the Belwas stuff to Daario to make him more endearing.

Gotta love a fat pit fighter that lets his opponents cut him - once - before killing them.

Edit 1: Belwas is out. This was a roller coaster of emotion for me.

I totally missed that the old dying man they found in Harrenhall was Qyburn. Didn't really understand his name when he spit it out. They should have just let him die. Necromancing fuck. Weird to shift him from the Brienne/Jaime/Vargo storyline. Though I guess it makes sense so no one has been cast as Vargo as far as I know. I liked those twisted Bloody Mummers, too. Edit 3: Apparently a Bolton bannerman named "Locke" will be used for everything Vargo did in the book. Probably old news to anyone who kept up with casting, but I was unaware.
