yeah it's not 100% scientific but there's not too many other ways to measure popularity. And tbf Judge has been on the same team his whole career and has been #1 three years in a row now (yes it's because he's a Yankee, but that's basically a shortcut to being immensely popular. See: Jeter, A-Rod, etc)
