Yeah, it's a great documentary, but you need to go in without a lot of information. | d ( i n o s r o a ) r

The Martian
I had a trip get cancelled that I was supposed to go on so I used my refund money to watch this instead. I enjoyed it! I got spoiled before the movie but what I was spoiled on didn't actually happen. I think it may have been a book-only spoiler.
Even though that hung over my head the whole time the movie was good. I enjoyed it a lot | d ( i n o s r o a ) r

I'm watching the American version of The Uninvited (I forget the original's name) because there's nothing on, but I like it.
And I want to see Crimson Peak. My dad wants to see Goosebumps, which surprised me but I wouldn't mind watching it.
update: Now I'm watching The Bad Seed and I'm mad I didn't know TCM was showing suspense films tonight.

The Martian
P. good! The humor made it way better tbh, some parts were hilarious. I loved when Chiwetel Ejiofor was trying to decipher the tone of Mark's message

Crimson Peak- 5/10
Good: Set design, computer animation, cinematography, Jessica Chastain
Bad: Horribly predictable and unoriginal plot, ineffective scares, Charlie Hunnam, boring characters
Some are trying to argue that this isn't a "horror move", it's a "thriller with horror elements" but it fails as either so it doesn't really matter.

House of Wax (2005)
Good old fashioned slasher flick fun.
It's one of the movies of this genre that I've liked the best for its creep factor. I've only seen it twice. So it's been about ten years since the last time.

Paris Hilton getting killed off definitely adds to my enjoyment. |
