Why is the stadium half empty for the PAC 12 Championship? |
Because the game is being played in one of the most expensive cities in the country, on a workday, 600-800 miles from each of the team's schools, during finals week.

People in the Bay Area don't care about football enough to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to watch a game between two teams they don't root for, in a stadium that's a pain in the ass to get to, when they can just watch it at home on TV.
Not every region of the country is rapid about spending all their disposable income on going to live sporting events.

You've described Texas, OSU, and SEC fans
Also no one gives a shit about Pac 12 schools not named USC. At least ACC has FSU and Clemson |

You are partially right. Nobody east of the Mississippi gives a shit about the Pac12. However, there is a pretty large part of this country that lives in the west, and actually does care about the Pac12, you just never hear about it (or see it) because you east coasters are already asleep.
I could conversely state that nobody gives a shit about the Big East or ACC, but again, that's because I don't live in Virginia or New England.

You'd be wrong but it wouldn't matter since you think you're always right Spin. Look at how certain teams like Clemons and FSU can recruit nationally. USC is the other team west of the Mississippi that can recruit nationally. Texas probably could but their state is so rich in talent they have no need too. |

You are simply wrong about that. Oregon recruits very well nationally, so does Stanford, UCLA, and hell, even Arizona State. Just look at the breakdown of where the players come from on any of their rosters, and it's a lot more national than you think.

Stanford is a different animal. They get the highest academic kids regardless of where they come from because degree. And I'm talking high level recruits. The guys Pac 12 get aren't the high 4 or 5 star kids. No pac 12 team recruits nationally. Only USC can. Chip Kelly had success at Oregon going for certain type if players but they weren't top 16 classes |

Recruiting rankings from 247sports / Rivals
2019 Rankings
7/7 - Oregon
15/16 - Washington
20/19 - USC
21/23 - Stanford
2018 Rankings:
4/3 - USC
13/13 - Oregon
16/15 - Washington
19/19 - UCLA
2017 Rankings:
4/6 - USC
14/19 - Stanford
19/18 - Oregon
20/21 - UCLA
2016 Rankings:
10/10 - USC
13/12 - UCLA
16/19 Stanford
Do I need to keep going? 3-4 top 20 classes each year for at least the last 4 years, from two different rankings groups.

I'm not looking it up, as I have other shit to do, but I bet more players from the Pac-12 top classes came from outside the "West" than players from the top SEC classes came from outside the "South".
Plus, star rankings are heavily biased based upon where you went to high school.
