Flavor is what makes the game more interesting. You know, what spices it up.

Viruses usually harm people when they have them

There must be two options really

A: LSF is lying and is the final scum, whether third party or mafia
B: LSF is telling the truth and the final third party that we're looking for is one of us eight, and we can somehow cause viruses or something

If he's telling the truth, I don't see how whoever he is meant to combat is NOT the final scum we need to get rid of
