I overreacted a little! Canada got 1 and 2 in the Ski Cross. The rook came up huge getting the silver.

Tied Gold from Sochi and are one up in medal count. Still have a couple more opportunities.

Germany definitely played well. Canada squandered a lot of oppurtunties. I don't know who the play by play person was but he must have been dominated by Canadians before because he had a giant stick up his ass towards Canada. Saying how Germany was dominating when it was pretty much equal except Germany hit the net on their scoring chances while we missed.

After a couple hours of tears I am back at it.

Big win in the Big Air! Kind of boring, landing 2/3 tricks is hard when you are going big.

Watching the alpine skiing team event. Pretty cool event. Like head 2 head slaloms. 2 women and 2 men, best of 4 win and total time of your winners (or best men/woman, that is not clear to me) is the tiebreaker. Canada almost pulled off the upset but lost by .04 seconds on the TB.

I'm going to attempt to stay up to watch the Gold Medal curling match. I'm not confident in my ability, since I was falling asleep at my desk today, but...

watched the bronze medal game this morning, was worried for canada in the first period. The czech's had such good control of the puck for like the first 10 minutes and then Canada got it's act together and took the lead and kept it. yay bronze

there were 2 on the usa curling team who looked like such trumpers it was uncomfortable to watch them
