Okay, let's explore this.

If TIB flips In-Laws, then the thought is that Lamps scanned DS and figured out what DS really is, yes? So then why bring it up now? All this has done today is confirm in my mind that TIB is In-Laws, because how would he have any knowledge of anything related to DS' role? And again, I assume that every action in a Mafia game serves a purpose, so what the hell is the purpose for TIB revealing this information now? And why not fully reveal the information? TIB said:

The reason for Tib to reveal stuff about ds is ds annoys the crap out of him (this game, not usually) and I can’t sit by and let him continue to get away with it. It served a purpose when I was alive, it doesn’t anymore. So now I’m being petty.
