Well, as a host, I would never replace someone this late into a game. I think it's a bad idea. First, too much to catch up on. Second, there would be a big disadvantage with people thinking they were scum imo. Third, it's not really fair that they get to be in the game after active people have died and they're only here because someone was so inactive no one bothered with them. JMO
