Executive Order signed to withdraw us from the TPP
No idea what my thoughts on this are, I've heard mixed opinions on it.

I doubt this is going to make it out of committee, but this would be a disaster.

The way I understand TPP is that it helps corporations, companies etc to ship their jobs overseas and neighboring countries like Mexico. They can then get workers from other counrties to do the same job, but getting paid far less, which in turn profits their business. I don't really like the sound of that tbh, seems to be huring the working class.

Then again, there's been arguments made that withdrawing from the TPP is gonna be really bad economically. There were "financial experts" talking about it on a show here in Sweden a while back and that withdrawing from that deal would be bad.

I guess it's good, but I'm not really sure if it's good or bad tbh. Trade with other countries seem to make an economy flourish.
