The basilisk glared at me. Bruised, battered...and a hit of sadness...in it's eyes. A ping of guilt hits me. The creature did me no wrong. But i choose to attack. but...i cannot regret that. I will have to to be ruthless to survive this.
I think of different strategies when it comes to me....the creature has nothing left. My opening attack was stronger than i realized, and when it's counter missed me, the fight left it.
I slowly walk up...and seeing no real fight left, bring my warhammer down upon it's head.

After defeating the Dryad, Echo has a constant grin painted on his face. While still sitting in his tree, he hears a loud thud. He notices west towards the spiky tree, a HALF orc has attempted to climb the tree and has fallen flat on his back. He also notices far far off past the tree west another figure moving, but cant discern any details. What do you do?

Spotting the half orc fall from the tree holding the treasure that Echo had killed this Dryad for caused his eye to sparkle. Another target just willingly walking near his hiding spot. Echo thought about letting him live for a moment before realizing if he did, this guy was going to snag the sparkly object he'd been eyeing at the top of the tree.
"Not on my watch.." he whispers to himself before cocking back his crossbow once more and aiming it at the orc's throat.
