I know a few people who moved to Seattle for a bit and they all hated it. The weather sucks all the time so everyone is in a bad mood and they're all hermits so its tough to make friends | |

I love Seattle. Every time I've been there I've had an amazing time. There's tons of good trails. And the weather is gonna get better there with global warming. "The New LA!" | --------------------

There's also in-between Oregon and Washington as an option, because you can reap the benefits of no income tax in one state, and no sales tax in the other.
However, your closest major city would then become Portland, which I. FUCKING. HATE. | --------------------

Portland is a trash city!!
Bend, Oregon would be another fun place I considered. But.... a big thing for me is that I want to live in a city where concert tours will roll through... and Sir Paul aint going to Bend, Oregon. | --------------------

I lived in Seattle for a year and really like the city (I just didn't like my school). The weather isn't the best, but it's a beautiful city and the hiking nearby is unmatched. Washington State is sooo beautiful. | "All this from a slice of gabagool?" |
