I tried The Witcher 3 out for a few hours and couldn't really get into it, then Fallout 4 came out soon after and I completely dropped it
I'll probably give it another shot at some point tho

I have pokken and its a really good fighting game honestly. Plus it has Pokemon in it which is a plus. I just got the fancy pokken controller in the mail and its a weird one. Just a simple controller with just a d-pad and 4 face buttons and 2 shoulders. But it's wired so that's a plus.

OK, I've been binging on this game now for days. Finally figuring some of it out; I should have read up before portalling. |
I've been playing it for weeks now, got to Zone 70 last run.

I got to Zone 28 and was like "I wonder what happens if I portal" thinking it would be a side thing, not restarting with bonuses. lol |
You want to portal first around there or before, You pretty much portal as soon as you start slowing down. You can respec your bonuses once per portal btw. |
Is it wrong that I'm literally auto-trapping and running a early level map to hit both the 5000 Total Map Clears (+2.5% dmg) and the Feat 1 Million Traps (+2.5% dmg)? | How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat? |

If 10 million food and wood is nothing to you no, I've already done it.
I'm way behind in map clears compared to the rest of the achievements (:
It might be worth it, I don't know.

It's literally just sitting back and letting it run automatically while I work. Autotraps built me 631K traps in about a day, so tomorrow I should have that feat completed and a nice damage bonus.
I'm getting a map clear about every 30 seconds, so in about five hours or so I'll have 5000 clears and another damage bonus.

There are, so I'll look into them. I could deal with the resolution being tiny if it didn't cut off the subtitles.

Played Sim City 4 for a bit, inspired by a lets player I follow doing a mini playthrough. Everyone in my city is very happy. We're also running on a massive deficit. | d ( i n o s r o a ) r

Beat the first major boss in Dark Souls 3. The areas themselves in this game are huge and I feel like they're more difficult than the other games, but I'm really enjoying it. The bosses so far have been easy enough, I usually tank on the first attempt and kill them the second time. But the regular enemies can straight up mob you, I've died to them much more often.

I tried beating a miniboss the normal way in DS1, but he kept one-shotting me so I killed him by running up stairs, jumping off so he jumps down too and slowly kill him with fall damage.

just started playing forced showdown
i honestly love it. it's kinda single-player gauntlet legends meets hearthstone, in a way? you have cards that you can use to essentially buff your character as the fights go on and there's enough of them to really make it interesting. the visuals and audio are great, it's pretty funny at times, and the gameplay is challenging yet fun.
the only downside that i've noticed so far is that there's only 4 playable characters and 3 of the companion helpers to choose from, and there's not a lot of variance in the bosses either. but the game only came out a month ago, so hopefully they'll expand that eventually.
i had a coupon for like 10-15% off, but i totally would've paid full price ($20) for it. but if not, definitely pick it up during a sale.
