So for like YEARS now I’ve just been generally sick like all the time. Crippling nausea, bloating, everything that comes with that. After waking up in the morning I would literally have to just sit quietly for like an hour until I would finally vomit. Because I always would and then I would still feel bad but could manage and take my medicine without worrying about bringing it back up. I just assumed I had some disease like IBS or it was damage due to abusing myself with drugs something...
A quick aside to tell you a piece of information about my dad. His entire life he would drink milk with dinner. I picked this up and went even further, I just flat out liked milk and would drink it over even soda. My bones should unbreakable adamantium at this point.
You probably see where this is going. I’m pretty sure at some point in the last five or ten years I’ve become lactose intolerant. I went into the hospital back during Christmas and since then, until yesterday I hadn’t bought any milk. And I’ve felt GREAT. Well I grabbed some last night and enjoyed a big glass before bed.
I just woke myself up needing to be sick so I think this all but confirms it.
And I hate it. I am no longer the Dairy Queen.
I have the lactose problem, too. Get the lactose free, filtered stuff. I love milk, and that stuff is so much better than the pasteurized crap.
