I still don't think the Ape is lying. It's one of those "time will tell" kind of deals on how many times he provides the group with a bad read. I've got some issues with the way Jay was going about his scum hunting and it came across to me, at some points, if he was trying to "rally the troops" in a sense to get behind his train of though in regards to Ape and Christian.

Then again, Jay applies pressure to Christian and Christian has to leave for work. Pretty convenient timing.

First of all I doubt a townie would give a gun D2. Second I doubt a townie would give Primate a gun at all. Maybe Primate is scum and is using his past action to seem town, since he used a gun without question when he got it last time, not sure. Can you give yourself a gun if you're a gunsmith/whatever?

I disagree. Giving a gun on day 2 is perfectly fine. If a mistake is made there are still plenty of people left so that the game isn't going to end due to it. You also get discussion going. You see how the receiver reacts and uses the gun and you see who is against and defends the shooter. That information may prove useful later.

Could be that Jay piled on hoping others would follow.

Why wouldn't people jump on? He said Curtis is scum and voted him twice. You want to wait for Lamps to role claim before you vote? People that didn't get on and instead tried to set up an out for later are the ones that need to be looked at.
