I like the idea of Herm being leader. The Vern campaign is lulzy but I'd rather have someone I'm confident being around past their coronation ceremony in case its actually important.

Assuming we don't go the inactive route, Vernon needs to be elected or lynched.

If he's elected he'll have an incentive to be active. He's a decent townie when he's a) active and b) not resting on his laurels from games played 5 years ago.

Conversely, it's easy to just take him out now because he's likely not to contribute if not elected and we have nothing else to base this on.

I thought I was already on that duty? Just another reason not to vote Vern, plus his name is to close to Bernie sanders and I'll be damned if I vote for that.

Was it stated what perks the elected leader gets?

Cause I kinda don't want to go in blind if our idea is to elect Vernon. Not lynching him Day 1 for once is one thing, but giving him a position of power is another.
