So I got a notice last week that they were going to repave the parking lot today so of course I moved my car yesterday to the parking lot from the parking garage.


MRW I saw that they towed my car this morning:

And that was a great show, Quantum Leap, me and my drinking buddy while I was in Korea had a ritual that involved that show. It came on on Friday night at 6 pm on AFKN. (Armed forces korean network) we had one channel over there, and they’d show reruns of shows, We’d watch QL and drink Bloody Marys and when the show went off we’d head off base downtown to start our night of drinking. Loved that show.

When I was in the USAF I was talking to an older pilot who had flown F-4s in Vietnam. The F-4 was notorious for being heavy. He loved it, but referred to it as, “Proving the theory that with enough momentum, even a brick can fly”. That story made me think of this. Lol.
