I was able to move to a different school for this past school year. Went back to the place I did my student teaching, but this time as a full-time teacher. It was such a great year compared to what I had to deal with at the other school. I'll be returning next year and I'm pretty excited for it.

Summer Break started on Friday. It's been awesome so far. I was able to get out early this morning and golf 9 holes.

It's definitely going to be a busy summer, but I'm going to try and check in more regularly now. Lots of house projects and baby prep to do before October!

Went to a place called Embleton, in Northumberland.

Spent most of it on the numerous beaches near there, and visited some historical sites. The most interesting was probably Bamburgh Castle.

Also went to Lindisfarne, which is the place the Vikings first landed. I've been before, but it was still cool to go again. Unfortunately this time the National Trust had stepped up their security so we couldn't sneak in. Pesky bastards.

It was good, though short.
