So a little humblebrag as my girls have an assembly tomorrow and Lacey is winning her class's student of the month award and she also has a singing solo during the assembly. Happy for her. She's super smart and her learning has really taken off this year.


Wife and kids then leave right after the assembly and go to the in-laws for the weekend leaving me at home to drink heavily, play video games, and.....well that's it for the most part.

Took PTO tomorrow and I can't wait for a nice relaxing weekend of being fat and lazy.

Pay is decent, plus you get to work with me. Other benefits include: beer lunches with me, sometimes one of the partners randomly buys us pizza, all the office supplies you can drink, carpeting on every floor, and depending on level anywhere from three to five weeks paid vacation.

Did I mention you get to work with me?

And we do have a few folks who need clearances for projects, but usually that's a off again on again thing. Like I had to get clearances for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac awhile back and some of our folks needed them for the Navy and Air Force.

Pineapple on pizza is just fine. It's the damn Canadian Bacon shit that ruins hawaiian pizza.

I'd sure go for a pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeno pizza right about now.
