Similar thing happened to me, but I remembered my password.
But the 2 factor authentication for at least Github was tied to the phone itself.

No idea what to do, just made a new account.

I had a similar problem with my old email. In the end, I just created a new one.

I had a seizure at work today! No idea why so now I’m stuck in the hospital for overnight observation. I don’t remember anything from it, but my friend said I threw up and told my supervisor to stop petting me. I was counting my till and the next thing I know I’m in an ambulance getting asked questions. They asked if I knew who the current president is and I was like “ugggghh yeah I do” and she was like “same”

2) i've asked this question of like 20 people and with the exception of the one time the person couldn't tell me, i mostly have gotten "ugh, yes"s. it's pretty hilarious
