I bought a nintendo switch on saturday. Shoppers drug mart (canandian drug store) had a deal on it, it was regular price (380) but you got a 125 shoppers gift card and they sell electronics and video games there so initially I was going to buy the switch and just use the gift card to buy a game or two but instead the lady at cash just took the 125 off the switch itself so instead of paying 429 (that’s with tax) and getting the gift card, I just paid 288 (again with tax) so i saved more than 125 lol so far I’ve only bought pokémon let’s go eevee

that's interesting that she applied the gift card to the purchase of the item itself. That's not usually how it works when places offer those kinds of promotions. Nice though.

I used the sleep tracker on my phone awhile back and it was kinda interesting. It also recorded everytime I snored and played it back for me in the morning, that was very eye opening

I decided to get a smartwatch. It's one of those things that I've historically considered pointless but recently got into my head for no reason at all that I absolutely needed above all things so I snapped one up on sale. It's actually kinda useful! I am pretty awful at checking my phone and don't notice half the shit people send me until it's far too late, so having it pop up on my wrist means I can at least choose to ignore them (instead of unintentionally!) Going to try out the sleep tracker tonight out of curiosity. Not expecting great results! It's already 1:15 and I'm up for work at 7 (:

I got one last christmas. I wore it a little, but it was a PIA. Hot and clunky and ate my phone battery too fast..

I had one done and had a cpap deal I had to use for a while. It sucked, but really helped.

Downloaded some app called wordscapes and played it a lot last night. Now my brain (barn, bar, rib, ran, ban, bin, nab, air) won't stop doing it with every word.
