On the same day that I was killed/eliminated from both active games here on FE, I found out my teaching position might be eliminated for next year.
Guess it's time to dust off the ol' resume, and see what I've forgotten to record over the last 4 years.
I'm kind of in a similar boat. Our store manager got fired and we're overstaffed on assistants so there are a lot of rumors swirling around that a few of our heads are getting put on pikes to make an example of the market as our store is absolutely terrible in everything at the moment.
I've only ever worked for Walmart and didn't get my edumacations after high school so it's a very scary thought.
There aren't any other Walmarts near you that you could potentially be transferred to?
So I adopted a cat today. Two were being sent to the pound. I wanted to save both of them but in the end only saved the one that pretended to love me the most at that moment.

No. Closest Walmart is in Provo which is through the canyon over an hour away. The 10 stores in my market are in Colorado, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. That's stretching it.

You could move to Arkansas. There is a Walmart on pretty much every corner.
Tbqh I fully intend to move in the near future. Originally I just wanted to head up to Salt Lake but I'm to the point that I want to go back to the east coast. Unfortunately at the present moment, moving is not feasible.
