Also assuming the backup is just a rb now, they would still be drawn to the lightening rod which would have to hate already used its ability to draw the rb there, hense, wouldn't that give it OOO priority? It's kind of a paradox to both allow rb to be attracted to the rod and block it

It is just a theory and I'd like you to poke holes in it the best you can because trying to disprove it is the best way of testing it. - Scum having a weird role which turns someone into a lightning rod is odd and unlikely.

- Primate's results would imply that we have very few visiting roles in the game

- Two players who have hinted at potentially having visiting roles were not on Primate's list.

- Scum opting not to kill on N2 just seems unlikely and they would stand little to gain from it.

I have another theory:

- There's nothing weird about Primate's results at all, having thought about it. When you factor in Cody's claim, it's only two people that Primate saw visit Buffy last night: Farlig and Penner. Which might prove to be interesting further down the line (I half wonder if he caught mafia doc protecting a scum buddy, but that's just wishful thinking atm!) but two players visiting the same person? Not that unusual really.

Unless I've missed something? The speculation over the past few pages seems a bit silly now

RB would only block the rod if the rod was targeted if I had to guess.

And again, do you really think there are only 4 visiting roles in the game at this point? 1) mafia killer unless they didn’t kill 2) other killer from N1 3) assumed doctor to stop the kill 4) RB from universal backup under your argument

Incorrect for many reasons. The first and most obvious is that if you subtract Cody off the list that leaves four other visiting roles in the game. Subtracting Primate leaves three other visiting roles in the game. A lightning rod type role would direct all roles so you're saying even if scum decided not to kill there are only three other visiting roles in this whole game? I highly doubt it.
