Many people hate the king of pop. He's the Justin Beiber of the 80s- pop trash that had little depth. Hell, I'll take "Just Can't Get Enough" over that. Just because something is "popular" doesn't mean it is worthwhile. Celine Dion has three of the best selling albums ever and that music is shit.

I'm pretty eclectic I like some motown, some old time R and B, Some Jazz, a lot of blues, some country, some Rock from the 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's, some of the old crooners like Sinatra, a little folk stuff, etc...

You should come out here for the Chesapeake Bay Blues Fest. My friend's FIL runs it and we get free tickets every year, which we more than make up for by drinking a ton of beer. It's right on the beach so the kids play there and the bands are usually pretty awesome. They are one of the big ones for the East Coast- Clapton runs a West Coast Blues Fest, so he won't come here and "honor" another fest other than his own, but he used to park his boat offshore to listen anyway.
