Theme: 80s and A Capella

Before I get to the results, just wanted to say that this was the closest week between the competitors so far. Each time I entered another judge's scores, the results kept changing. You guys did great!

80's - Nice and smooth.
A Capella - Again, nice and smooth.
Overall: :(

I liked your a capella so much and that's actually what improved your overall placing with me.

80's - I don't know the song but it was okay. I think your voice was the best overall this round, I just wish you had sung something more well-known.
A capella - I didn't know this song, either, but it was by far the best out of the a capella group this week. Perfect song choice for the category and very good vocals. I think you should have this.

MAMANELSON: She got frustrated with the sound quality (the white noise really bothered her because she had to strain to hear you) but thought your voice was really strong. She thought both songs sounded pretty much the same, whether that be good or bad..

Our bottom 2 this week are CherryBerry and Moose. Only one will make it to Finale Week.

80's - Not sure this was the best choice for you. Technical vocals are good, as usual, but I feel like with the song choice, it required you to get a little more energetic and GRIMY. I didn't feel that. Again, you sounded good, but you didn't HIT US WITH YOUR BEST SHOT.
A Capella - Really nice. No noticeable missteps, which is saying a lot for a cappella.
Overall: Most Consistent

I'm really shocked at this week's performances from you. I really thought it'd be a battle between you and Christian, but you placed the worst for me this week.

kinda sounded off this week, like more nasally

80's - It was okay, kind of seemed out of your range and a bit out of tune.
A capella - I didn't know the song but it sounded like a good one for the category. Not bad.

MAMANELSON: She thought you had moments where the timbre was incredible. She thought you started off shaky in the first song but pulled through and ended strong, and thought the second one was strong from the start.

80's - Oddly, with a backing track, I felt the nerves and shakiness more than I did on your a cappella. It wasn't bad by any means, just not your best.
A Capella: Ooooh, good choice. This stood out the most of the a cappella performances.
Overall: Favorite of the week A Capella

You definitely pulled it out this week. I definitely think you have a great chance to win it.

didn't like the first song but you saved it with the second

80's - So glad this wasn't the a capella choice! I like this song but it was very off key and pitchy. Not your best. :(
A Capella - Very good song choice! I love this song so I might be a bit picky. I think you did well overall.

MAMANELSON: She thought your first song was kinda flat pitch-wise, but loved your second one and said it was really good.
