lol I have no idea. I thought for SURE he would win here. I'M V. DISAPPOINTED

I spent my night unfriending dumbasses on Facebook who for whatever reason support trump. Half of them are townies who work in auto body shops and barely finished high school - fun little trend!

I'm not too worried yet; she won Arkansas (which if she hadn't, would be a big black eye for her) and a few Southern states that are going to vote red in the general anyway (outside of maybe Virginia, which has swung back and forth).

I'm taking a look at Donald Trump's actual policies right now, seems like he's gonna become the Republican nominee. Whether he can get any of his policies passed is up for debate.

Gun Control
Trump will repeal Obama’s tough gun laws. “Law-abiding people should be allowed to own the firearm of their choice,” he said, adding only criminals and “deranged madmen” should be taken off the streets.

He suggests mental health reforms, but says “law-abiding” citizens can carry assault rifles or concealed handguns to kill “the other guys”.

Health
Trump will repeal Obama Care, which gives cheap medical insurance to millions of Americans. He won’t change social security or the Medicaid programme for the very poorest, but under Trump the average Joe will feel the brunt of the changes.

Can he get this passed through Congress?

Foreign Policy
America will probably lose allies. He promised to tear up the nuclear treaty with Iran, “back Putin 100% over Syria”, and “bomb the hell” out of America’s enemies.

This is kind of vague. He doesn't seem to have any diplomacy policy.

Economy
His economic policy includes removing 75 million Americans from income tax, a top tax rate of just 25 per cent, 15 per cent corporation tax and no death taxes.

The gain would be offset by Trump’s promise to heavily tax all foreign imports. Economists say it would kick off a global trade war, adding $34trillion to the USA’s debt.

Trade Federation dispute? I knew it, Donald Trump is Darth Sidious in disguise!

Immigration
Trump promises to ban all Muslims from entering the USA, build a wall on the Mexican border, and deport 11 milliom illegal migrants.

“Rounding up all the illegals” would cost $600 billion and take 20 years, removing millions of cheap workers - from agriculture and meat-processing.

Good luck with that!

I'm still hoping for Sanders, he seems to take real issues like climate change seriously. It seems like Clinton's gonna be the nominee though so I'm kinda hoping that he pulls her to the left on some issues. Her economic policies are kinda vague, but I think she's on the same page as Sanders on most of the other liberal issues. She also seems to take the gun control debate seriously.

She's only "on the same page as Sanders" on most issues pretty recently to try to stop the bleeding of voters, she'd go back to her old narcissistic self if Sanders would be out of the picture

Bernie can still win it. As I said above, I'm not concerned yet. Obama *also* lost Super Tuesday to $hillary and there were more states in that Super Tuesday (before states starting moving up primaries).

I remember seeing something about this last night and it gave me hope.

The race is far from over and Colorado is much more indicative of the types of states coming up in the next two weeks than Arkansas is.
