You tried to combo as many as you could in a row and then save your combo before someone else posted at the 00 seconds mark of a fifteen minute interval annnnnd I lost my train of thought.

It can be at any point during 00, 15, 30, and 45 minutes. It doesn't have to be at exactly :00 seconds... I think.
