CONTINUING AGAIN - Oh hey it's Rhonda Pearlman - Wasn't really into Piper back in the real world until the scene with her and Larry on the bathroom floor - "Orrrrrrrrrrr...just returned from Africa, Aunt Cathy!" - Really liked the scene with Pornstache calming down Bennett during his search - Figured Bennett would end up pinning it on Pornstache. I was slightly surprised after Pornstache helped him out though. I hope he doesn't just end up getting fired again, he's such a funny character Pretty average episode overall. I thought an episode where Piper leaves prison would've been a bit more spectacular but o well. I might finish the season tonight

Mr. C is officially into this. I was expecting him to hate it but he loves it. He really likes Poussey and Red and talks about wanting to fuck both of them.

Black lesbian is two of the worst things you can be in Utah tbf! He likes Poussey for being tough and kind of just kind of said off-handedly he'd hit it. /shrug

But it's mostly Red. He fucking loves Red and has been impersonating her all week.

YESSSSS. FUCK Vee. That was the greatest. I've been waiting for that all season Really good season, better than the first. It was worth spending a lot of time on the Vee vs. Red/everyone story line for two reasons really. ONE, it gets away from Piper and Alex which is really good. I hope season three doesn't devolve back into that, especially without big bad Vee around anymore And TWO, the way nearly every single plotline at the end converged into simply taking down Vee was fantastic. Worth all the build up. Taystee and Poussey coming back together with the other two to finally stand up to her, Red and the nun agreeing to tell Caputo, Healey trying to be a nice guy again by doing the right thing and covering for Crazy Eyes, Nikki coming to Red's aid and stealing Vee's dope, Gloria and Norma putting the curse on Vee. So much shit came together at the right time to stop her, and Vee was a very cool and worthy villain of all the attention. Then ROSA! That was awesome. Vee treated her like shit earlier and she just did not give a fuck at that point. Her cancer arc ending with that sad news was yet another thing that had to happen for Vee to die. All of these coming together didn't feel CHEAP to me either, it could've come across that way pretty easily but it didn't. It felt like those stories played out naturally and were really strong on their own, but also happened to converge so well at the end. Like a Curb episode!! (: Kinda like The Wire too actually A few favorite moments I can remember off the top of my head: - "Your band sucks." "Your blowjobs suck!" - I laughed so hard when the guard who escorts Rosa was talking about how sad it is that she'll die in prison, only to turn on the radio and start jamming out to Breakfast at Tiffany's. So funny. Also Morello's Toy Story part - Fig's the worst and I hope she's gone forever. With her and Vee out of the picture though, I dunno who I'll focus all of my hatred on. Even 'tucky was tolerable at the end of this season - lol'd at absolutely everything falling apart for Caputo on his second day. Two prisoners escaping right away. YIKES! I bet we'll get a new big boss next season, probably someone we'll hate Towards the end of last season I was QUITE sad at a few moments. Crazy Eyes asking Piper why everyone calls her Crazy Eyes, Yoga Jones' story about the deer, Miss Claudette(?) and Crazy Eyes both hearing and crying over Larry's radio spot + what Piper spilled about them. I was never really hit that hard as this season ended. EXCEPT!! The great/sad scene with Crazy Eyes crying over Vee with the Uno cards. That was pretty heartbreaking. She's the most interesting character on the show without a doubt. It's sad to consider that she might not even be crying over Vee betraying her, but she might've been crying cause Vee was gone or that she might've still been friends with Vee because she was all that she had. Very sad! Very good season. Even more Poussey next season please
