Are you going to quit and bring up in future interviews why you had to leave? Has future employment become more difficult because your boss made a creepy request?

Sure lets take this example. Ignoring the logistics of putting something as big as an egg in your ass, let alone it not cracking, but lets pretend you have a big asshole vlady. This is clearly sexual, even if we assume its the egg from sex, if doesn't achieve any purpose for him other than sexual gratification. So yes it would be sexual harassment. But in the case of the woman, the purpose is clearly procreation. He wants a child for him/his wife, if he doesn't make it about fucking her then it's fine. She can also refuse. That's where it should end. If he keeps pushing the matter then it crosses into harassment.

Most of the antisemitism in Sweden towards jews comes from muslims, but antisemitism from the right wing/neo-nazis happens as well. The crazy right wing/racists in this country hate the muslims more, but there's also hatred towards jews. There's antisemitism against jews from both the left and the right, the conflicts of other countries bleeds over here unfortunately.

There's been all sorts of condemnations against antisemitism here today because of the attacks and antisemitism recently.

I don't know- tell me where your boss is getting sexual gratification from this? How did you identify this? After all, you don't believe asking random people who work for you to carry a baby for nine months to be sexual, so why would you think an egg in your ass is sexual. It's not even a sex organ according to Republicans, so I'm not sure why you are "assuming" this is about sexual gratification. I think you are falling into the SJW pit by assuming that your boss is asking this for his own sexual gratification.
