So if someone lies about people on their youtube channel to the point where they have people following them around threatening them, calling for their death, then removing said person's channel is "censorship"?

We do not owe *anyone* an easy platform. If twitter closes down my account, big deal. (And they did, but that was because it got hacked and was used for spam). Nobody is guaranteed speech on corporation-controlled media, just like if I said something controversial using my work website, I would get fired. This isn't censorship- it reflects on my work. Hell, there is a reason that when someone posts a public opinion piece it often has on there "this does not reflect the views of x, y, or z and is this sole person's opinion only".

Jones is free to go say that Sandy Hook was a deep state conspiracy on his own website. There is no reason he *must* have access to anything beyond that and pretending otherwise misses that 1A applies only to government restrictions on free speech.

It's possible Youtube/various other platforms plan to ban other controversial people, but I think this could have been a one way thing since this guy was something extra. Time will tell.

I don't agree with censoring opinions I disagree with. You are on record as being all for it.

In this case, it's a private entity, so they can protect their bottom line and keep themselves out of court by bouncing clowns like this. They would be dumb not to.
