He DEFRAUDED people by taking their money and doing something with it that wasn't what they signed up for. The results don't matter. He could have spent it all on Powerball tickets, and win or lose, it's still fraud.

His only unethical behavior is lying about hedge fund performance. All actions after that are ethical. The investors are clearly happy, the guy knew what he was doing and did not mean to cause harm. It's all semantics from the government at this point.

Igor, you need to learn how investing actually works before spouting off anymore. Once again, when you get scammed (and it won't be if, but when), please come back and tell us.

LYING TO INVESTORS IS FRAUD.

Again, getting caught for going 110 in a 65 is speeding; whether you crash or not does not matter. It is illegal. The fact you don't grasp this is why you will get ripped off one day and cry about it to everyone.

I was looking at the sky vodka, JD and makers mark, I drank beer in the shower in college. I’m good not doing that anymore.

The only stuff in there that would be in my cabinet is Makers Mark. The Camerena Silver is decent, but I haven't had that reposado pictured. Also haven't had the bourbon on the far right. I'm a Stoli vodka drinker myself.
