I don't think the excuses suck. If he's being honest, and he feels like by restricting the vote between two people that he'd get a townie killed, then it's a good excuse. My issue with it was him bringing it up in the first place. It seemed like a tactic to try to buy himself extra time. And continues to do so.

Either way, what does it say about the situation that he's still alive?

1-it's his actual role and he's scum, and his teammates have no reason to be afraid of him, and they wouldn't kill one of their own at night anyway.

im317 voted for several people throughout the day yesterday:

Jamie, Brian, Kat, and Nav.

The first three might not have led anywhere, but the Nav vote was the only one that really could have done anything. Though at the time, it didn't seem like im317 would be able to get out of the lynch, so I'm not sure how much danger Nav would have been in. But it might mean that maybe Nav is not scum after all.
