I don't really think Darkus drawing attention to himself means he's not scum - he would definitely do that as scum, if anyone would. I don't think that means he is scum, either. Just neutral for now.

i’m with maddie this ro ro train feels sketchy. darkus also drew attention to himself which doesn’t make sense to me as scum unless he is some kind of jester and just wants to be lynched so he can get his win. If that’s the case i’d except a fake cop report or some bs in the future

Day Cop is always a good fake claim to get things rolling.

Also a tied vote on day 1 isn't the end of the world. Statistically speaking you are more likely to hit town on the lynch.

I'm not going to change my vote today regardless of what happens. How does that make you feel?

A tied vote also gives you an extra 30 minutes to discuss in this game so I don't think it's the end of the world, either.
