I'll explain. Night 1 I recieved a PM which host-confirmed someone as town to me. It was like recieving scan results, but the flavor was phrased like I was receiving a message from that player. I saw that role on mafiascum a few days ago, but I can't seem to find it and its name now, but I thought Rob had been visited by the same player.

However, the player in question was not Alex. So it isn't the same thing. Rob's target had to have been bussed. Unless Paul stuck some really fucked up roles in here.

So someone has a role where they can confirm to someone of their choice that they are town. I've seen the role. I can only assume the person can only do that one time

A bit strange for them to pick Drrr based on what happened Day 1. She wasn't exactly the most cleared or trusted person by the end of the day. This person may have just had a hunch about her I guess

Of course it might've been bussed to Drrr

But makes sense why Rob on night 2. Whats this role called?

Nah, that was my theory, but he recieved a scan from Alex, who isn't who I received the message from

I legitimately have no idea what happened there. It's entirely possible that whoever that message sender is sent something similar to me, and that I was roleblocked, or that some sort of weird bussing screwed everything up.

So this isn't a one time message that they can send?

I think it's a nightly thing. I have no idea.

IF the person can do this multiple nights, that makes them very powerful and very dangerous to the mafia

If Drrr was mafia, and she got this message, I can only imagine she would deem this person a good kill candidate before the person could (possibly) use the action another night, since that would be really bad for the mafia

This is going off of the assumption that Drrr really did get that message, and that the person can do it multiple nights, BUT it buys Drrr some trust since that person has not been killed

But the person being able to do that every night seems really overpowered to me personally
