AND this is a good point. Who would've thought Clifford's owner was mafia? Not me. I think with this one mafia flip we can probably say characters do not necessarily point to good or evil.

Alright, I'm gonna give this a go! Here are all my thoughts and opinions. I hope it generates some discussion.

Confirmed Town

Badger - I know that I am not confirmed to the rest of y'all, but I'm confirmed to myself.
Jamie - Obviously.

Leaning Town

Rose - I don't think mafia DR would have put herself out there day one to save Lurchy in such a big way. And after seeing two third party flip, I doubt that DR and Lurchy third party together.
Lurchy - See Rose.
JJ - She's staying in every night. I doubt she'd be staying in every night if she were maf. I guess it's possible if she only has a one time use ability but also her posts are very town like.
Herm - Getting a townish vibe from him. It did seem like Ahoda legitimately thought he was Arthur, which would not be the case if Ahoda was maf (or unless Herm is actually Arthur). And I don't think he IS Arthur, because if he was, I don't think he would have been posting a bunch of Arthur images when it was out in the open that Nofo's role in the game was to block and kill Arthur.
Christian - I think he's been scum hunting and pretty forthcoming with information. I have a gut feeling that he's town, but nothing concrete.
Farlig - I don't think it's likely Brian would give mafia a role in which they silenced themselves. I guess it's possible, given how crazy this game has been, but I kinda doubt it.

Unsure

Zersch - Not sure. I've found that his posts make sense, which is a point in his favour. But it doesn't feel like he is scum hunting quite as hard as he did during the Smash Bros mafia. And I know he's a hell of a mafia player when he ends up in that faction from first hand experience.
Johnny Dollar - As a player, I find him very hard to read him. He's coming off to me as more sensible in this game than he has in the past. But in the past, I always thought he was scum and then he flipped town. I could see him being scum who is trying to lay a little low, but certainly not confident in that. Would like to hear more from him about his opinions.
Angi - I found it odd that she said yesterday that she never remembers saying that she struggles as scum, because I remember her saying something similar to that on a few occasions (could be wrong though, def not gonna look back and check lol). But she was arguing a lot with Vladdy yesterday and voted for him which works a little in her favor I think.
Vic - Completely unsure. No feeling one way or the other.
TIB - Completely unsure. No feeling one way or the other.
Primate - Looking over his posts, there isn't much there. He did mention yesterday that he found Ahoda to be sus as fuck, which gets him a few points. But could easily be scum distancing because Ahoda was not getting heat at the time. I don't like the way that he is acting like people are tunneling on Vlady for no reason. There is PLENTY of reason to be focusing on Vladdy right now.

Merc - He's the biggest question mark for me. There are a few things that concern me. The first is that he hasn't been killed yet - doesn't feel like mafia has been that interested in killing him (maybe they have attempted but hes immune?). Additionally, I have yet to see a traditional flip, so I'm finding the vig claim a little bit off. I have a gut feeling he is a killing Third Party role. And if he is, I hope he realizes that it's in his best interest to hit mafia right now or they are going to run away with this thing.
Aras - I pretty much agree with what others have said about him. A lot of excuses, not much content. But this is his first game, so it's possible he just doesn't know what he's doing.
Spin - If he's telling the truth about being role blocked, I think that works in his favour. But IDK... looking over yesterday's posts, I'm kinda getting a scummy feeling. I know he was joking when he said the thing about 'Sure, all 12 of us are scum!' about the Nofo lynch train, but it also kinda seemed like deflection to me masked by humor.
Maddie -I agree with Buffy about her being sketch. This quote in particular really stuck out to me from Maddie "Carlos is way too random a character claim and I don't see that being a scum role.". She was who I was referring to when I commented about people reading into character claims when they should know better.
Vlady - There is so much stacking up against him. It's too hard to ignore. The biggest point against him is that almost all the people on his lynch train yesterday were people that I think are likely to be town. Which makes me think that scum were trying to keep him alive on the Nofo train. The role he is claiming is pretty crazy - I think there's gotta be more than he's telling us. Maybe he is an anti-town faction that uses money, and gets money based on jokes or something? IDK.

Is primate only claiming the food thing as being what he was hinting? The way he showed up and shouted it when we were talking about him and/or vladdy being suspicious, I thought he was trying to claim something else.

The food thing doesn't mean anything to me flavor/character-wise so I don't get it

Disagree about Merc - but I'd still like to know who he killed last night. Although, at this point he'd claim Ahoda if he ws mafia most likely. I still think a vig would've shot him or tried by now.

I agree with most of this. I think Merc is town, but I agree about there not being any traditional roles so far. Claiming Vig on D2 is risky as hell if he's not actually that so I tend to believe him.

Also, Herm wasn't posting Arthur pictures.

My hints weren't huge, looking back, but I did try to steer you guys away from vlady.

Tom if merc is a 3rd party killing role and mafia has 1 kill a night, where is the 3rd kill coming from? just curious your thoughts on that
