From the feeds, she said she plans on putting up the first two names you wrote - lets hope she doesn't change her mind between now and tomorrow.

Very nice :D

Now to just hope if one of them leaves, they don't come back next week.

I watched the finale episode of season... the one that Dan won. I had to double check to make sure I wasn't watching a parody video when I saw Jerry for the first time. Do they use old people very often?

Very rarely. Early seasons had at least one older dude (Kent, Gerry, Jack). Then they just stopped until Jerry, haven't done it again.

Also I hate that gif. WHY DOES SHE DO THAT WITH HER HEAD?

Can't stand Helen but I still hope Elissa goes. I also hope the show shows her for the spoiled twat she is on the broadcasts. Waaaah I might get evicted, I'm gonna quit the Jury if I do! I'm going to renegotiate my stipend and stomp my feet if I don't get my way. Being on national TV is soooooo inconvenient! Fuck her.

Yeah, I would love to see Helen go just because this is her first time on the block (unless there's another time I don't remember) but after all of the grandstanding Elissa has done, I'd love to see them take her head off. Saying she would just go home instead of the jury house; enough of you and your family.

I saw a video linked elsewhere about an appearance Elissa did on... Anderson Cooper? Some talk show/talking head show. Where she forced her best friend to undergo some kind of aggressive dental procedure to get her braces off in time for her wedding. Elissa also looked pretty good prior to whatever she did with her face. Botox, I'm guessing.

Anyway, either way Helen is neutered. I'm sure something will happen and suddenly Spencer will be walking out the door instead, though.

I really like that they threw an old dude into the house on more than one occasion. I'd like to a house full of completely different people. Not just re-skins to cover some weird minority quota.

And until I watched that finale, in my mind Memphis was a black chick. I laughed when I saw that I was as wrong as I possibly could have been.

Yeah I'd like the cast to be more diverse too. It used to be it looks like. Most reality shows seem to prefer to just cast young eye candy nowadays

Yeah Seasons 1-6 were pretty diverse. Lots of different people from different backgrounds, along with interesting social-experiment twists. It's very strange how twists caused some people from seasons 4, 5 and 6 to know who each other were outside the game but still remain more diverse than the casts now where they're strangers (most of the time). I know it's easy to blame Grodner but the casts have been less and less diverse since Season 8, which is when she took over completely.

I think the biggest problem is recruiting. Every year half the people they cast are recruited from bars and have no idea what Big Brother is while the "super fans" are type-casted as certain stereotypes. So we always have half the cast as these 25 year old models who think they're in summer camp and a small handful of people who want to play. The problem is, a large majority of Grodner's pets in the past have been recruits (Jeff and Jordan, one half of Brenchel (Brendon), Hayden)

And yes, the before and after pictures on Elissa are shocking. I will never, ever understand why people mutilate themselves like that. She looked hot before. What a trainwreck.

^ I remember reading somewhere a long time ago Hayden actually applied for Survivor but they cast him for BB. I could be wrong though.

Hey, if I wanted to watch a full season and not just the finale episode of a season, which one season would you all suggest? If there's two or three you can't decide between, list 'em all please.

Hmm.... that's tough cause of how subjective it is. I'll just list my preference of seasons with some explanations.

1. BB5 - Great cast, very interesting twist, power shifts all over the place and lots of innovative strategy. Think this is the best "full package" season you can get.
2. BB3 - The year POV was introduced, so it added a new element and created some interesting strategy. Also had it's memorable moments and Danielle was a hell of a player to watch. Shame that they decided to let the Jury watch the season before voting.
3. BB7 - Had kind of a lame ending, but it's a must-watch to see Dr. Will's mastery at work. Plus it was just awesome seeing all these people come together for a true All-Star season. Although I would say it'd be a lot more fun to watch this after watching the original cast in their original seasons.
4. BB6 - Generally agreed to be the best season ever. I think it's a little overrated, but it was still a good watch. It's a split house from pretty much Day 1 and a gigantic power struggle the whole way through to the very end. Very intense to watch. It's not like modern seasons where you never know who is aligned with who, you know exactly who is with who at all times.
5. BB10 - Probably the most "pure" season as there were absolutely no bullshit twists at all this season. Good underdog story too.
6. BB8 - tbh, I would have put this as #1 or #2 but it's very subjective. If you like the Donatos, it's a ton of fun to watch and a really awesome story. If you hate them, then it's probably not worth watching at all. Unless you're one of those weird people who obsesses over Jen Johnson for a reason I cannot comprehend.
7. BB14 - This was probably the best "modern" Big Brother we've had in awhile. If you're a Dan fan, it's a must-watch. Twist was balls though and an obvious ploy to make sure the veterans made it far.
8. BB4 - tbh, BB4 is a giant blur for me. It's probably the most diverse cast they ever had though and the "exes" twist created a lot of drama right off the bat. Not an overly likable group of people though. That said, Jack's still one of my favorites.
9. BB11 - Started off really good, but kind of slowed down after Jessie left. The minority alliance was really likable at first but they got really unbearable as the show went on. Still think Jordan was a terrible winner.
10. BB2 - Good, but very basic. Also the unofficial first Big Brother (as far as actual strategy goes) so people really had nobody to pattern their gameplay after. Dr. Will was great though.
11. BB12 - Boring as paint. Brigade dominated the game and there was nobody likable to root for to take them out, so I was forced to hope they would win.
12. BB9 - I personally loved this season but most hate it. I still think Adam is one of the most underrated winners ever. He's a shitbag for what he did with the money, but he was a good player who made the best of an awful situation he was put in. Very unlikable cast though and a shitty twist.
13. BB13 - Fucking retched. The most rigged season they ever had that I'm STILL pissed over cause of that bullshit F6 "Oh by the way couples are back LOL!" that they did to keep Jordan in the game. An extremely unlikable cast to boot. If you're ~*~*TEAM JEJO!!!~*~* or BRENCHEL ARMY~! than it'll be a wondrous time, otherwise avoid it like the plague and hope that none of those four assclowns are ever on TV again.

I'll just leave BB1 out cause it was an entirely different game and isn't overly interesting anyway.
