I heard about this game a few weeks ago when I was reading up on The Long Dark (someone compared the graphics of the two). I was looking for a game to play and thought of looking this one up.
I want it
The trailer didn't wow me but I've been looking forward to this just because of who's behind it. Apparently after S1 of TWD several of the lead writers left Telltale to found their own company and make this game
I recently played Mafia 2, only to realize that I have already completed the game. The plot is DEJA VU but I dont really remember playing it? It is pretty weird.
Played some Thomas Was Alone, great platformer with a great narrative. I would recommend it to anyone who likes platformers and a strong narrator like Bastion!
Dear Esther is an interesting idea. Its just an exploration game but its very beautiful and I didnt think I would like it but I did! If anyone has it I would recommend playing it
I was actually considering the reverse of that and trying a The Long Dark inspired smaller Lab-ish game, but working out the mechanics was a huge pain. It was supposed to be simple/easier to manage, but then I realized it was trickier than I thought and put it on hold until I could find a good way to do it.

So a Lab game inspired by the long dark you mean?
I used to travel the universe, but settled for parks.
This sounds so cool. Launching a kickstarter right around the holiday buying season is such a mistake though.
Evolve is a similar game to that. I prefer the one you posted as a kickstarter personally, however this one is already coming out in the next few months and it's made by the people who made L4D2 and stuff. Your basically a group of animal hunters, hunting for a big animal. The longer it takes for you to find the animal, the stronger it gets. One person plays as the monster, while 4 people play as the hunters. I prefer the killer one though, since the killer is hunting the children and it makes it more fun probably.

This seems so great, right up my alley. It reminds me of L4D/Contagion when a player is a zombie and has to stalk the survivors. I hope they get this made
