Yeah I agree with Primate, hair greys in my family early and I’ve got a few already and I’d be okay with having silver hair | SFWordsmith.com

That's why my wife doesn't like sleeping anywhere else- the concept of this terrifies her.
The DC thing makes sense, though, given the large number of tourists.

I'm surprised New York isn't higher on this list. Almost everyone I know who lives there has had bed bugs at some point. No one I know in SF or LA has ever had them.
Obviously that's not how studies work lol and I'm a small sample size, but still. | "All this from a slice of gabagool?" |

Occasionally I help my dad at work (he is a freelance decorator) and that means every so often I end up meeting some strange people.
Today's eccentrics were a man and a woman who owned two vicious German Shepherds. Previously, when my dad went round to give them a quote, he was told these dogs were only puppies and wouldn't hurt him. But when we arrived today, they had locked them away, and the woman warned us that one of them would bite us if we came into contact with it. And there was a big yellow sign on the window saying 'Warning, guard dog on patrol'
Nice.
The woman was the weirdest one. She had a fruit machine (slot machine) in her sitting room, which she patted and started talking to. She said "Hello money box," and then she started complaining that she had been playing it recently and losing all her money. I asked her if she had a key for it, and she said yes. Fheh. It all seemed very pointless to me. Also, this fruit machine was her Christmas present apparently.
Oh, and she had a pet bird which she called Lucky. She said she'd previously had another four but they all escaped one night when she left the cage AND the window open. Hence the name Lucky for the one who stayed behind. I think Unlucky would be more appropriate, however, as she went on to tell me that she let's this tiny bird play with her giant, vicious dogs. I pray for Lucky.
Finally, she casually told me about the time she thought she had come down with a slight cold, but decided to go to the doctors when she started hallucinating. Turned out this light cold was actually pneumonia.
