I had never heard that before you said something and I googled it, apparently when women smell men's farts that's a form of rape?

I have read that article twice now and I don't appear to be reading a story about sexual abuse. Rather I appear to be reading a story of a woman who doesn't possess the ability to say the word 'No' loud and clearly.

Yeah, I agree with this. I'm not saying women don't get too scared to "say no" or speak at all during a sexual assault, because they do.. but this does sound more like a bad date where someone went along with everything even though they didn't want to, but also didn't seriously raise any objections. It didn't sound like she wasn't free to leave at anytime. The person just sounds like they didn't have a backbone and couldn't speak up for themselves. I mean, he didn't even let her finish her wine? THAT WOULD BE A DEAL-BREAKER! JK, but at the restaurant she could've said "no, I want to stay until I'm done," for one. And that's just the beginning, of course. He was obviously acting like a creep, but she sounds like she willingly did everything he wanted and continued the date. She could've said "no" if it was uncomfortable and awkward but, as far as this story at least, I'm not really reading that.
