This is how it is (was?) in B.C., Canada (not the dancing/footloose part :P ). They also can't sell beer or wine in the grocery store. Unless that's changed recently, Christian? And then you go down to L.A. and they can sell even hard alcohol in the grocery store where we can't here.

Blue laws are pretty common. Virginia used to have the same for their liquor (which could only be purchased from state stores) though beer and wine can be bought pretty much anytime. Maryland it is county by county.

It seems legit, it's from an airline I've used before, flight is from Iceland to London, which I can't make unfortunately.

I'm guessing someone with the same name as I messed up (:
