I think town is gonna lose no matter what, sadly. I'm running the numbers and it looks grim in just about any scenario.

3 mafia
1 arsonist
We lynch mafia
-even if two factions target the same townie or we have a doc/rb save, we still go into tomorrow 3 scum to 3 town and a no lynch for a tie

Same situation, we lynch the arsonist, mafia wins tonight with a successful kill

2 mafia
1 arsonist
We lynch arsonist, we can win but the risk is why tf would there be a 2 person mafia team??

I think we might have no choice but to follow vern here and hope mafia has 2, unless we'd rather gamble on a lucky night for town

I lynched Herm, like I said because he had given up. I felt like he was caught in a bunch of mumblings and wasn't what he was saying he was. He just kept hinting and leaving without giving up information, only to ask to be lynched and leave.

I also hammered because Primate was asking people to quick lynch me, and I wasn't going out like that based on someone with a big voice saying so last minute. Now I do think Primate is town based on the IM thing, but I know he is wrong with seeing me as scum (as are you all).

Reaper (whos claim is NOT confirmed) is jumping quick at me, and vern backing him up also doesn't smell right. With that being said, Jaime seems like a great lynch possibility, as does TIB, although, I'm still not sold on Reaper.
